If you have government coverage like Medicare, we can provide information about resources that may be available to help with your out-of-pocket medication costs. Medicare Low-Income Subsidy (LIS)

The Low-Income Subsidy (LIS) helps people with Medicare pay for prescription drugs by lowering their out-of-pocket costs. Full-benefit, dual-eligible Medicare LIS & Medicaid patients pay $0 to $10.35 per dose in 2023.

Medicaid provides free or low-cost health coverage to millions of Americans, including some low-income people, families and children, pregnant women, the elderly, and people with disabilities.

Janssen CarePath Savings Program

Eligible patients using commercial insurance pay as little as $10 per injection for your Janssen medication. There is a limit to savings each year. Savings may apply to your co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible. Program does not cover the cost to give you your injection. Participate without sharing your income information. See program requirements.

To enroll, visit MyJanssenCarePath.com/express. There is a “Print a Card” feature to provide you with a Savings Program card.

Janssen Patient Assistance Program

Patient assistance is available if you have commercial, employer-sponsored, or government coverage that does not fully meet your needs. You may be eligible to receive your Janssen medication free of charge for up to one year. You must meet the eligibility and income requirements for the Janssen Patient Assistance Program.
