After you get your first 2 doses of INVEGA SUSTENNA®, it may take some time for your schizophrenia symptoms to start to improve. It’s important to keep receiving INVEGA SUSTENNA® so that your symptoms don’t come back.✶
Remember that INVEGA SUSTENNA® is one part of your overall treatment plan. It’s important to keep all of your appointments so you can get your treatments on time and your Treatment Team can check your progress. Always ask your doctor any questions you may have about your medication. As with any medicine, INVEGA SUSTENNA® may cause side effects in some people. If you think you are developing a side effect, always discuss this with your doctor or Treatment Team. Common side effects for INVEGA SUSTENNA® are injection site reactions, sleepiness or drowsiness, dizziness, feeling of inner restlessness or needing to be constantly moving, and abnormal muscle movements, including tremor (shaking), shuffling, uncontrolled involuntary movements, and abnormal movements of your eyes.
